I bought this computer while I was stationed in Bahrain. Zuke got the computer delivered to me effectively and in perfect working order. I LOVE this computer. At 3 years old and over 3 cross country moves its still a gaming powerhouse. At approx 2 1/2 yrs the power source went bad. Nothing a $45 self replacement couldnt take care of. Now at just over 3yrs I get no video. I'm guessing the video card just gave out. Either way its been over 3 great years i've had with this Zuke built pc."

"Getting any service done was like having your teeth pulled! ** I was without the use of my computer for about 2 1/2 months due to a bad motherboard. I had to get a hold of the motherboard manufacturer to get the job done. ** I never got my faulty RAM replaced by Zuke. I e-mailed their tech support twice and never got a response. I called their support and was told by an automated voice to try back later because they were too busy! I finally gave up and bought me a GB of Corsair TwinX memory. ** The one good service transaction that I did get from them was a fairly quick turnaround for a 256MB video card replacement which they let me upgrade at the same time for the cost difference. That's A LOT OF PROBLEMS for one computer to have in less than a year!! "
