"I was really attracted to this company because they had a computer that had everything that I was looking for in a computer. I ordered a computer from them, with a one year parts and labor warranty, and received the computer in a timely manner.
HOWEVER, the MS XP Home Edition CD that I ordered wasn't anywhere in the box. I called them about it and they sent me one, a used one with scratches on it. Later, when I was installing a video card, I noticed that the motherboard was bending. When I looked closer, only half of the screws that bolt the motherboard down were there; the other half were missing. I called and sent emails about this, repeatedly on both, and never got a response. The only good thing that came out of this was basically I got a CD-RW/DVD drive instead of the DVD drive that I ordered. I haven't contacted them since."
"Received no email confirmation of order. Wrote to them 2 days later to request a tracking # and shipping info. No reply. Wrote again next day. No reply. Have not received either the order or any response at all. I cancelled the order."
"Very pleased. I placed an order with them via the internet on 4-02-03, and immediately recieved an order confirmation e-mail from Zotech. On 4-04-03 I recieved an e-mail from UPS stating that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I recieved the package on 4-09-03. I had ordered (2) Western Digital 80GB ATA100 7200RPM 8MB WD800JB (OEM) and (1) Microsoft Windows XP Professional Full Version SP1 OEM. The Hard Drives arrived well packed in their anti-static bags. All three items are installed and running smoothly. I took a chance on this company, since there were no reviews on it & I was very pleased that I did take a chance. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.
