My order invoice had a logo, name, and address of a different company. Four days later, my order was still "Processing". Their phone number never answered and the voicemail box was full. And the customer support email address (****@****) doesn't exist anymore.
On a hunch, I reached out to the manufacturer of the piece of equipment I ordered. They confirmed Zorro has not placed any orders in well over a year.
That said, their webstore is still up. It still lets you make an account and enter personal information. It still accepts orders and payment. And though I alerted PayPal and filed a claim, it may be a while until their account gets revoked."

"I ordered headphones online and got a call next day by a guy named Yosef and asked me to give him my birthdate. When I asked why he needed it, he said that his "IT Department" requested it. I replied that it represents a very sketchy business practice and illegal to ask for such unnecessary and private information. I told him that this was not appropriate and he quickly said ok and hung up.
BE CAREFUL FOLKS, giving out your birthdate is one of several data information they need to commit identity theft. Shame on you, Zorro."

Zorro Sound customer service would NOT talk to the Samsung tech.
Wanted me to return the watch at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee.

UPDATE: Well they've finally sent me my tracking information eight days later. If you are going to be ordering from this merchant just know you might be left in the dark if you have any issues with your product"
"Zorrosounds.com is a complete and utter scam. I placed my order on May 31, 2014. They sent me an email confirmation and charged my credit card immediately, but since then I have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them several times asking for the status of my order and updates om shipping - no response. I have called them and left voicemails - no response. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone on any of their three lines (support, sales, operator), and their voicemail boxes are routinely full. The two times I was able to speak to someone, they assured me that my order was being processed and shipped - but that obviously was not so. Please, please save yourself the time and headache of trying to purchase from zorrosounds.com, when there are so many other retailers out there who want and actually appreciate your business. I am only providing a star in my ratings because it is not possible to give zero stars. "
