"I ordered a vitamin supplement from Zooscape recently. I want to return the unopened package for a refund. According to their website, you have to call or e-mail them for a return postal code to return the product. I did call them. The phone rung about 5 times, then a machine picks up where this guy says: all our customer service reps are busy right now, leave a message, and we will get back to you asap. I left a message. Nobody ever called me back. I kept calling, and even sent them e-mails. I haven't heard anything from them. They just took my money! I doubt I'll ever get it back. I can't believe Walmart & Amazon sells their stuff! Awful company to treat customers like this. All I want is to return a product and get my money back. I will NEVER order anything else from them nor would I recommend anyone else ordering from this company!"

I ordered something again from a different brand that they sell and was charged immediately, no email confirmation was sent, there contact email address is not real and I got a non delivery of email response, they don't answer their phone, they don't respond to voicemails when you do become lucky enough for the mailbox to not be fully and their corporate phone number is a joke. ***-***-****. This number solidified their fraudulent and corrupt practices. If you ca the number you will see that you will get 10 different advertisements, then it says that their number changed, then if you are still on the line their literally is a recording telling you to hang up now continously. I've never had a recorded phone answering system experience like that. But yea they charged me and never sent the item and I even paid for expedited."
