"I purchased a new Motorola V360 cell phone from ZoomCell. The phone arrived 5 days later and did not work. It kept shutting completely off however the battery was good. I was able to get a RMA # to return the phone, but it took several emails. This company does not offer a telephone number to call. After returning the phone at my expense, I had to wait 14 days until my second phone arrived. The second phone had hit-or-miss service. Every other day the phone had no service, calls would say; CALL FAILED. My cell phone provider put my sim card into another phone and my sim card worked fine. I cannot get ahold of ZoomCell. They will not reply to my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUD."

Called ZoomCell and was told that it ships with 1 battery. But, the box, instruction guide contents and manufacturer all say that it ships with 2 batteries. ZoomCell offered nothing more than a quick "return it if you dont want it" response, which is better than nothing! However, I want what I paid for.... "You’ve heard the saying “Too good to be true.” and “Buyer beware.” Well these all apply to ZoomCell.com and there customer service department.
I wish I had read some of the comment about the customer service (or lack of) prior to making my purchase.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I received my phone on a Wednesday. (The battery is defective, the charger is defective, the phone won’t close properly and often time the screen remains black even after you open the phone). I contacted the company immediately trying to get the matter resolved and I am still trying to get in contact with them.
My advice, don’t purchase from a company that doesn’t provide a phone number to reach their customer service department.
I’ve learned my lesson and I do not plan to purchase from this company again.
