"Excellent experience. I was hesitant since there was very few ratings available. Purchased 2 sticks of double sided Kingston Ram (256MB). Upon arrival, both sticks worked fine, however my motherboard would only accomodate 1 double sided stick. I sent back an RMA to swap the 2 256 sticks for 1 512 stick. On the return order I made a mistake and sent back one of the original sticks plus one older but equivalent stick from my machine. Even with this mistake they honored my request and charged only an 8% restocking fee and shipping. Truly outstanding guys. I will highly recommend you to all my friends at work."
