"I ordered a laptop from this company and after the final possible ship date it still hadn't arrived. I kept calling them throughout and they had horrible response rate, very slow, stopped talking on some occasions. Finally when I talk to someone they say it was never shipped and then say they will expedite ship my laptop..Guess what? It never shows up. They never gave me any UPS numbers even when I asked for one. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back.
