It took about 4 weeks, but my DVD did arrive.

I don't think this guy is a crook, I think he's just slow. My movie was burned on a DVD recorder, not a Mac. So the menu system was simple but the quality of the movie was good.

I wish I would have seen these ratings before

"My story sounds like most here, I am awaiting shipment on 2 DVD's I ordered over two months ago. Yes, they charged me immediately, the first time I wrote inquiring a David got back to me immediately & apologized promising he would send it today, that was 3 inquirer's ago, now no response. What makes me mad is that they have a great business idea going here, much needed with great titles, too bad. I did have one previous order from them, the process was flawless and the movies ran great."

Ratings should have a 0!

"Being a fan of the movie I purchased and watching it multiple times from childhood, I bought 1 for myself and my little brother in Guam. The movie had commercials and the screen view was cut in half so you did not see everything. It came in a flimsy case, not the standard box case you see for any other DVD purchase. If I knew the quality was this BAD I would have saved my money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from here. This is JANKY to the extreme and REGRETTABLY a WASTE of time and money. I'm HIGHLY upset about this. They should thank their Savior they do not have a physical location near me. I would have to have went in and RAISED HELL til it was heaven, to get a refund for this MESS."

Been waiting since April 2019

"Had dealt with Zeus DVD previously and waited a couple of months, but last order has been 'waiting dispatch' for over 7 months now. I expect I have lost money but they keep sending emails to order more. As with others on this site there is no response to emails or queries against the order. It looks like a scam. Let's see if it ever gets sent."

ZEUS DVDS SIT BACK AND WAIT!

"I have bought 2 DVDs from Zeus and both 2 years apart the first came in 3 weeks the last I ordered April 1, 2019 and It came today June 29 2019 I have to say the DVDs are rare and no one else has most of the prices are low and the quality is wonderful to excellent so if you can sit back and wait 3 weeks to 2 months...it will arrive just don't be in a hurry one man runs the entire website I think he should post that it could take 3-8 weeks to ship and he would get repeat costumers more often"

Keep away

"The DVDs I received did either not work or the movies were illegal copies from German TV programs. Or both. Analyzing the contents the DVD looks like a rip from another US based company which illegally sells German TV programmes on DVD.
When I wrote to the seller there wasn't even a reply to my complaint.

Remember the Night.

"I placed my first order in February. I had no problem. Was I lucky?? I was given good service. The packing was good and the quality of the film was very good. It arrived in a fair amount of time. A pleased customer. In July I placed an order for the film: A Little Romance. The status is awaiting shipment. I gave a them another order because of the service I received ."

"Dont buy **** from this GUY.! Fails to send mechandise got one DVD never other stupid **** has sales bought five more and inquired about past non recieved ? No tracking no corospondence what so ever still says awaiting shipment?WTF!! Hes colluding with Russia's Putin and trumps balls are squeesed in the other hand.another investigation in the making at tax payers exspence!!!"

Warning!

"I bought several DVDs from Zeus over the past few months. Service and product were satisfactory.
However, the last order I placed on October 7, 2018 has never been received despite their e-mail
stating it was awaiting shipment. No answers to my many e-mails. Something has certainly gone
haywire with this outfit. Don't do business with Zeus until we find out what's wrong.

Buyers Beware

"I don't think I have anything to add over wrbtu's story since it is exactly the same here. Order completed, shipped, not reached, no response even after several mails. One more of the fly by night operators, one faces, especially when trying to get rare pieces.
I don't know when these would understand the basic concept that a sale is completed only when the item ownership changes hand, not the money of the buyer.

The BBB is Loaded with Complaints on This Merchant

"Seller did not mail DVD I ordered, but charged my credit card for the item.
I ordered a DVD from (www.zeusdvds.com) on 5/29/16. I received an email receipt, which was immediately marked "Completed". I paid via credit card; merchant posted the transaction immediately, before shipping.

On 6/5/16, I emailed the merchant (at ****@****) as to the expected delivery date, because my order was marked "Completed" at the website, but there was no shipping date or tracking number provided. I received no reply to this email.

On 6/12/16, I again emailed the merchant as to expected delivery date & asked for a tracking number, because there still was no shipping date or tracking number provided. I received no reply to this email either.

On 6/14/16, I sent a message via the website online message center (at https://store-ptxvsha.mybigcommerce.com/account.php?action=inbox), again asking for an expected arrival date; the site stated that I would soon receive a reply, but no reply has been received to-date.

I have now received my credit card statement, where I see that I'm being billed for this item I never received; I have written a letter to my credit card company, disputing the charge from Zeus DVDs. No merchandise has been received, & no response to any of my 3 attempts to contact the merchant has been received.

I've filed a complaint online at the Better Business Bureau (Plantation, FL. branch), & readers can view the Zeus history there (80+ other complaints registered). I knew that beforehand, but Zeus had a film I've been searching for, for 30+ years, so I took a gamble. I didn't get my DVD, but neither will I be paying the credit card charge, so Zeus won't be paid either.
