"I checked out as a guest. After completing the purchase I did not receive an order confirmation. I went wrote in asking about a confirmation email and got the run around. Finally after talking to three people I received my order number. I then reached out a week later I wrote in to check on my order and I was told that it shipped. I asked for tracking and was told it was in my account. I told them I don't have an account because I checked out as guest. Many emails later I was final given a tracking number. I could now see the package was shipped about 4 days go. It has no movement. It has now been 8 days and the tracking has not been updated since it first shipped. Their website said that delivery is 5 business days. I am so annoyed and frustrated by this experience. Do not purchase from ZentaiTime. They are highly unprofessional!"
