"I had a terrible experience with Zenon around 1996 after buying a high-end workstation for my company. Poor tech support, bad components, rude staff. Wrote letters, made calls - all a waste of time. They didn't give a damn about customer service then. I can't believe they're still in business today, but then again, I can't believe 45,000,000 people voted for "W"."
