Scam website

"Seems like a scam website. I lost a 4-day reservation due to a no-show while being present in the hotel and in contact with zenhotels support during valid check-in time. I had to re-pay the whole 4 days. I was unable to get a refund."

Fast support service

"Arrived at a hotel in Marseille, and they denied me to check-in because of no available rooms! I called support of zen hotels, and within an hour they gave me a room in another hotel. Thanks for helping me on my journey!"

SCAMMERS!!

"They will take your money for bookings and never send the money to the hotels so when you go to check in….guess what? The hotel is waiting on their money…and you will pay AGAIN or you won’t stay…the hotels have no record of any payments from zen and you are stuck trying to get your money back from a website in some other country that has no contact info except for email or chat. Save your money and book through the hotel or a reputable company "

Zen finally makes it right

"An honest review - Zen denied my claim for a refund for 8 months taking extraordinary steps to do so. However, they recently made things right after repeated bad reviews from me. I'm hopeful Zen will take some concrete steps to improve so I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars."

Worst ever

"If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I booked through this company at the end of June. I was charged 2 times, once from this company and once from the hotel. I have yet to receive a refund back from one or the other. I have attempted to contact zenhotels several times but still can't get anywhere with them. They kept giving me the runaround like they were attempting to contact the hotel but when I contact the hotel they haven't heard anything from them. After contacting them several times it's like someone would pick up the phone but never would say anything but when I called from different numbers they would answer but still give me the runaround like they are all working on the case. I will never book through this company again. "

Just another scam

"I booked a hotel one month in advance. They sent me the confirmation immediately.

A few hours before I have to board my flight, they said the confirmation has not gone through, and they would provide a different hotel, which should be better.

I had booked a 5 star hotel. The options that they gave me was a 3 star hotel. When I refused, they sent me another option which was 3 star. We were an entire bunch of friends and we were in town only for one day. We had to go back and forth 3 times only for a lousy hotel. I didnt receive the hotel confirmation till I had already reached the originally booked hotel! So for 24 hours, it was non stop agony. I would not use them ever again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

They offered 10% cashback in lieu of this, which also never happened.

I have a feeling they are a small travel agency, which books hotels, and does this scam all the time. You can see all the reviews, you have to make sure with the hotel separately to ensure that the hotel has your confirmation. Such a waste of time and energy, and thank you for ruining my vacation.

Avoid they are scammers!!!

"Please avoid at all costs any deal with this company !! Don’t book anything with this company they are scammers!!!
I have done two bookings many months ago for the summer holidays, a month ago they replied saying there was a problem with the reservations! Now I don’t have holidays they haven’t refund the money yet :( :( :( keep calling them everyday
