Most orders would be shipped from their stock within 24 hours, though some special order items may take up to 14 days. I emailed them twice to see what was going on and even called and left a message. The same day that I left a message is the day I got an email saying my item has shipped. Never got a response from anyone through email or a call back. It took 18 days to ship my item and not even a simple response. Not great customer service. "
