"I indicated a few weeks back (around Jan 05, 2009) here that the customer service of ZDAG was pretty bad and was not receiving DVDs from them for about one-two weeks. After I wrote that review, things have changed positively a bit since I eventually received DVDs from them. However, I will still complain about their slow process (relative to Netflix) of mailing DVDs. At the beginning when I first joined ZDAG (about more than a year back), they used to receive my DVDs by 48 hours and I used to get new DVDs by another 48 hours. But, later (since for the last 6-7 months), it routinely takes more than 72 hours to receive the DVDs for them and another 72 hours to receive new DVDs for me. It means that you need to wait for more than a week (considering the weekend in between) to receive new DVDs. I don't know whose problem it is though. BTW, I live in California (same state as ZDAG) and have not changed my mailing address since I joined ZDAG."
