"This aftermarket car parts .com has Great Service! I ordered a window regulator for my father-in-law's '01 Buick. It's made in Taiwan but the repair blogs are full of how crappy the original part from GM is so I thought I would risk it for a quarter of the OEM price. ZBra had the best price I could find for the part, too. $90 delivered vs. $400 from Buick!

I ordered about 45 minutes after the cutoff time to get the "ships the same day" service but Steven said it would probably make it anyway. They have a flat rate shipping fee of 8.95 no matter the order weight, so I was expecting at least 5 days until delivery--even though Steven said 3-4 days. It arrived 27 HOURS after I placed the order.

They sent an email with a UPS tracking number as soon as I got off the phone and another a few hours later when the part shipped.

They don't offer everything you might need for your car, but if they have it, don't hesitate to give them your business.

"I ordered a parking lamp assembly because the price was great compared to the local parts stores. It was shipped immediately, delivered to me in a couple of days, and fit well. I did have a small problem that I noticed several days later. I called Zbra and they sent out a replacement part right away. This transaction couldn't have been better! I wouldn't hesitate to order from Zbra again!"
