"This site is a scam. You will never receive your order. They steal your money. Stay away. All 5 start reviews are fake (they all left within a short period of time). Order item over 30 days ago. No shipping confirmation, no way to check order status online. No Customer Support. Opened dispute case with PayPal got some generic message about busy season and delay in processing and promise to have my order canceled and money refunded in 5 days. Guess what 10 days later...no refund. They hope people just keep track of the claim on PayPal and it will automatically close. Not in my case. Escalating to PayPal and reporting them to BBB and FBI."

We have attempted to contact them several times, both through support tickets and the chat (which is NEVER online). We have not received any reply whatsoever, I have now been trying to cancel the order and get a refund the last few days, to no avail. "

I contacted Zappals help desk by email and received a automated response that someone would reply back within 24hrs, I waited a week with no response, I again sent another email 5 days ago requesting a full refund and have had no response since.

"They didn't deliver 3 out 10 orders. This never happened with Gerbest or Rosegal. They do not respond to tickets. Orders #1001508241 and #1001508266 were probably never sent (5 months passed) and the order #1001595711 is stuck with "Processing" status after 2 months passed. I filed the tickets for the first two but no answer."
