"Zagos.com uses improper packaging for shipping glass.

I contacted zagos.com which is the same as zacoo.com, by email, about their 25x25x4mm clear glass cabochons and asked them:
1. How do you package for shipment?
2. Can you guarantee me that the product will not have manufactures defects, manufactures scratches and handling scuff marks?

Their response was:
1. Bubble wrap and box carton.
2. If you find any defects we will reship or refund your money.

I ordered 2,000 clear glass cabochons.
The box arrived. The box had been through so much shipping abuse that it was no longer square.
All the glass cabochons on the inside were ruined. The glass cabochons were originally placed into two plastic bags, 1,000 per bag. Two layers of 3/16 bubble wrap around the sides of the cardboard box and shipped. When I opened the box, the two plastic bags were ripped open and all the glass cabochons were lying loose in the box. All the glass cabochons were scratch and broken due to movement inside of the box during shipping.

I contacted zagos.com and they ignored me. I filed a complaint with PayPal. The outcome was: I had to ship the product back at my expense and PayPal would give me all my
money back.

Yes, I had to eat the shipping cost back to zagos.com. Twenty six pound shipped to China is not cheap.

So, take my bad experience with zagos.com for what it is worth.
