"Buyers beware!!!
I ordered 4 water filters for my coffee machine from zaccardis.com. In the description it said that this type fits my machine. Actually it doesn't. I sent 2 e-mails for return. No reply at all. There is no phone number or return address on their website. It also has a store on amazon.com, with a returning address. But actually that store was already closed. There is no way to contact them. I disputed with my credit card company. I am still waiting for the result.
Zaccardis is the most awful seller I ever met!

"Avoid this company like the plague. I had the exact same experience as everyone else. I ordered a coffee grinder. They then told me it was on back order. Four months later it is still on back order. They took my money and never refunded me. They are thieves.

"Ordered on Feb. 2, 2012 and took till Mar. 4, 2012 to get only one of the two identical items and to get a refund for the other. Took numerous emails to conclude business with these people. Paid for UPS shpg. and got USPS. Zaccardi's.com can't as much as spell "Customer Service". STEER CLEAR OR YOU TOO WILL LOOSE SLEEP."

"My experince is pretty much the same as the others. Got a shipping notice but went to track via UPS and all it said was a label was generated but had not been scanned in at UPS and it said this for 1 week. I sent 2 emails asking for updates and got no response. I cancelled the order via email. If they ship it I will refuse shipment and if they charge me one cent I will file a dispute with my credit card company!"

Order the Adagio triniTEA for my mother.
Unit did not work from out of the box.
After many emails, no responses.
Threaten to contact the credit card company, I get a return authorization.
THREE MONTHS LATER THEY OFFER ME A STORE CREDIT.

"Same problem as the other posts. Ordered item online, credit card billed on the spot, received a confirmation email stating the shipping info would follow. Waited, waited, waited and waited...nothing. No package, no shipping email, no response to online request. Did find a phone number and will try to call it during their business hours. "Stay AWAY from this place...like other similar companys they say they have your goods in stock, just to get you to order..next day you get an email saying "sorry we are out of stock". They probably then quickly order from another place to just forward to you !! Also the price went up from $24.99 to $29.95. And they charge $8.21 for
shipping a small hand frother ! Ripppp-Off !!
Is there an investigative authority that stuff like this can be reported to ?

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! During the ordering process, shipping via USPS is NOT an option. I was charged $8.95 for, and ASSURED that my item would be shipped UPS (got the emails to prove it). Instead, they shipped it USPS and it only cost them $1.39. When I told them that that was NOT what I paid for and it was a classic case of bait-and-switch, they said that I could return the item, pay for the shipping both ways, and be deducted an additional $25....for an initial $47 charge. They said..."So what. USPS and UPS arrive at same time", and I said that I did NOT pay for USPS, I paid for UPS! They said...they send it at their discrestion. And that is the last I heard from them. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!"

"BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered 2 flexible spreaders for Christmas gifts back in early December. They immediately charged my debit card (same minute order was placed) and confirmed my order, but never shipped product. Never would respond on the status of my order, then finally once Christmas came and went I emailed to cancel my order. THERE IS NO PHONE # to contact.

I did receive confirmation of cancellation, so I expected to receive a refund. They said the reason for the delay was the product was on backorder. Then a few days later, I received a shipment of 2 SPATULAS from Zaccardi's - NOT EVEN THE ITEMS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED!! So I contacted Zaccardi's through 'customer service' email yet again to say I needed a UPS acct# or something to ship these back - I refused to pay return shipping as my order had been CONFIRMED cancelled.

They did say they would ship me a label on January 11, and I should expect to receive it in 7-10 days. It is now February 17th, over a month later and still no label or response to my recent inquiry.

This company should not be allowed to be in business. They false advertise 30 day satisfaction 'guaranteed', EZ Returns, and LIVE customer support. Their returns are not EASY in the least, they have a long list of rules and stipulations you have to meet before a return is allowed in the first place. I've also been checking their 'LIVE Support' chat over the last 2 months, and varying times of day and NOT ONCE has it been 'available'.

"Placed an order for a Sont Remote...got conformation of order after it was placed but received no tracking # and no other replies.....It is now Nov 8th and still no remote. Why is there not a telephone # for a customer service rep at Zaccardi's? They are not very professional and don't seem to concerend about there customers!"

"Ordered a Capresso replacement carafe on Nov. 17 hoping to get by Thanksgiving. I received an email immediately after ordering stating order is pending. Over 3 weeks later December 11 still no word of it being shipped. Very disappointed with the service."
