no response, no refund

"the company ad is false advertisement. they said their Kn95 masks would ship in one day and it never did. So, I tried to look over that error in their false advertisement. So, they gave a estimated delivery would be in 10 days, my package has not arrived and it went passed the delivery date. And I have emailed them so many times and no response. its a scam business: they finally emailed me last week saying their delivery company is DHL-ecommerce, well this company said they transfer their deliveries over to USPS and told me to contact Zydistro,com to get a USPS tracking, when I requested the tracking from Zydistro .com they never replied neither did they give me the USPS tracking. I told them my package has been idle (just sitting) in Hebron, Kentucky since May 2, 2020 and its not moving at all. Zydistro is so horrible do not order any medical masks or Kn95 masks, I told them they need to compensate me for their tardiness and their disrespect to their customers!!!!!!"

"I ordered some accessories from this website. i received only part of my order. i got an email saying 1 item was out of stock and they would send a refund. this was 3 weeks ago. i have tried sending polite emails inquiring about the status of the refund or product, and 3 weeks on, i have not gotten a response. there is no contact info except for an email they dont respond to and a po box. this is a shady online business with absolutely NO INTEGRITY"
