"Horrible product support.. sold me 3 desktops pre-loaded w/ Microsoft XP Pro back in 2008 but will not provide me with the product key that was apparently encoded into machine HD (harddrive grenaded) when it was built. Run..don't walk away from these guys before you make a BIG mistake!"
