"I ordered a jacket for my husband- but was not sure about sizing. I live in the UK -and U.S sizing is usually larger.
The jacket I received was far too small.
I told the company- and they immediately sent a much larger replacement at NO COST.

I only deducted one star because their sizing system was not clear to me - but the person I dealt with was friendly, polite and courteous in all my dealings.

I have suggested a review of their sizings because I think customers presume sizing is based on the standards of the country where one orders from.

The jacket that arrived yesterday fits my husband-and he is delighted with it.

"My husband ordered a vest for $85.90 in a 3xl. They shipped a different looking vest and in a size 5xl. I contacted them and they said it was my husband's fault because he ordered an Asian size, WHAT? Told me I had to pay to return and they would give me 40% of the price I paid. "I ordered a shirt and it arrived 3 sizes too large. When I contacted customer service and asked why I wasn't sent the size I ordered, it was explained that since their site uses Asian sizes and usually the western clients need a larger size, they sent one. I said that I would like to return the shirt and get a refund and then I was told that I needed to send the shirt back to China at my cost. This is quite interesting since their site states: "Unsatisfied With Your Order? Item Doesn’t Fit Well? Let Us Know and We’ll Make It Right With Our Free Return Policy, Which Includes Covering the Product’s Shipping Fee Along With an Immediate Refund of the Total Purchase Price to Make Sure You’re Completely Satisfied." I guess the person I talked with didn't read their policy. Anyway I settled for a new shirt in the correct size and it arrived about 3 weeks later on and even though it fit me well, they forgot to make button holes for the top 3 buttons. All in all, I have to say that it was an experience that I could have done without."

"I was shipped the wrong item and Zlay wanted me to pay for them to ship the correct item a second time. They also told me to pay to ship the wrong item back to them which would have been very expensive. I'll chalk this up to an oops I was scammed and carry on."

"I've been looking for "that" pair of boots forever, and after seeing those cap toe suede beauties on Zlay I purchased them immediately. After I bought them I was checking out the website reviews and they're pretty dismal.

The boots arrived today and they're perfect. The description says "Goodyear welted" but I'm thinking the soles are glued. Nice suede and a beautiful silhouette. They're amazing and I will purchase from this outfit again.

"The item I purchased was not as arvertized on their webpage. Upon receiving the clothing, I was not able to use it nor able to wear it. The quality was mediocre at best. They're "Funny" tactic on how to even return the items back to them was the worse. They will give you the run around about getting your money back. It took for ever to dispute the issue via "PayPal". Well, that was another "Fiasco" all by itself since PayPal favored on their side during my dispute and I did not get my money back at the end. I lost my money and the item was thrown in the trash. Do Not buy anything from them or you will lose your money. They are in another country so it is not that easy to return items. You will get stock with it and you will never get your money back. I have ordered items out of the U.S. before, but not as bad as this "ZLay" place is.

They came labelled with a Crossroads.com.au tag. This is a women's brand, and the sizing was women's.

The waist measurement is less at full stretch than the size chart indicates.

There was no mention of the pants being 3/4 length, which they plainly are even on a very short man.

Despite being clearly not as described, I am now in a dispute over refund of return shipping costs."

"These are my new favorite dress shoes! When I unboxed them, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of a chemical smell that comes often with shoes on the lower end. They smell like leather and rubber, just as they are supposed to. I found them to be very comfortable and did not require much time to break in. The fit is just about what I would expect for my size 12 foot. I love the style. I chose the light brown, and the gradient on the toe is a great touch. I do not see a lot of people wearing monk strap shoes, and the ones I do see are very plain, so these are a unique and welcome addition to my wardrobe. They fit in very well with a pair of cuffed chinos or a pair of dark dress pants. The shoes breath well, and my feet do not feel suffocated. These shoes will certainly serve me very well for years to come."
