"This company seems to be a new company of sorts. Their Magento based website is still showing a bunch of default text and research of their company reveals the same. The mistake they made is enabling the checkout and allowing people to make purchases they have zero intention of monitoring or fulfilling.

At the time of writing this review, it has been 9 business days since I placed the order. After a few days, I emailed them, no response. Since then I've emailed again to have it cancelled, also with no response.

I have no idea what they're thinking launching a website with the checkout enabled if they don't plan to do anything."
