"First, they overcharge. For everything. For example, on of my item weighted 1.2kg when it came to them.
When i weighted it at home, it was barely 0.700g
So I almost had to pay double for shipping.
They say it weight more, while it actually does not. They won't send your package unless you pay the difference, when you will put dispute on card/paypal, they will block you and say to remove it and they will give you points that are worth nothing.
After buying from them for 3 years, I still pay super high agent fee, even when i order really a lot.
They will refuse to make any refund, usually item are out of stock even when they are in stock.
I payed for shipping fee for package that was suppose to be 8.5kg, but was only 5.9kg. And no, it's not even about the dimensional cause I use DHL. They totally overcharge you, and never want to pay back. I over payed almost 60$ for what, air?

Never buy from them. Choose someone else.

They also have this special, that if you write a positive review, they will give you coupon. All scam."
