Nice rep answered phone although i had this inkling he's working from his kitchen or couch... anyway when i wanted to place the order he told me he'll grab a paper and pen (!!!) i still didn't think... anyway i NEVER received tracking information and kept on pestering him for it. (which i hate doing!!) after a few days he said the order was accidentally not shipped and thanks for nudging me. so now I'm finally waiting for it to arrive. I'm deeply disappointed as this is a wedding gift and its long after the wedding... he offered me to include a $25 discount towards a future purchase...!!! thank you very much am so not gonna purchase again from you guys."
