I can't believe I did business with a spammer! Their emails look very professional, but they send them indiscriminately, and hope folks like me forget who we gave permission to. I certainly didn't and can't get off their mailing lists even when I try."
"Ordered an Ositech KOC modem for my laptop. The salesman was very polite and fixed a mess-up on my order. Unfortunately the modem was on back order and would be shipped ASAP. The modem arrived a few days later than promised but no big deal because it was only a few days and the product delivered works like a charm. All in all I would not hesitate to order from this company again."
"I placed an order for a sync cable on April 10th. On April 21st, I sent them an email asking where my cable was. They responded the same day saying the unit had been on backorder and that it would ship out the next morning. On May 1st I called their toll free number and the RUDE sales rep told me the units were still on backorder. I told the rep that obviously somebody was lying because I had been told my unit would ship out on April 22nd. The rep then offered me a more expensive unit that "does the same thing but more features". Yeah at 50% more cost too! I told him it sounded like a Bait & Switch operation to me. The rep got offended by that remark and then would not let me speak and then put me on hold. This was a first time order with this company and you can bet it was my last time."
"Top of the line service even before I made the purchase, I e-mailed and asked about GPS systems for my Ipaq pocket PC; and they responded quickly with the various options for in car mounting, as well as various types that could be used with my Ipaq.
After the sale I had a few questions about the GPS usage.. I e-mailed and they called me at home to answer my questions. Very good service.. I WILL DEFINATELY purchase from them again.
