"The price of the merchandise is very good and that is what attracted me to the store. I prefer to use paypal but that method would not work even after 20 minutes of effort and making sure my paypal account was ok. The shipping cost was high was high and I was charged a $5 handling fee since the order was under $50.00. Add insult to injury and the order arrived late. I will not order from this company again."

Ordered a cable and paid for 2nd day deleivery as I needed it for a demo. Placed the order early AM and even called and verified it would ship that day.
When it didn't arrive, I asked for the tracking number. Then they admitted it didn't ship till the next day. "

"Good experience. I was interested CAT 6 patch cables by Cables-To-Go. The prices for the patch cables were (I thought) good; shipping costs were within reason. The "Your Cable Hookup" web site is very well done. My only wish would be that when ordering from a display of, say, patch cables of a fixed length and various colors, that the you could specify the quantities of each color and then click "Add To Cart". Instead of having to specify quantity of a particular color, click "Add To Cart", and then go back to the page and do the next color. Not a big deal but a bit inconvenient as it is currently implemented.
By the way, there was another online company with cable prices similar to Your Cable Hookup but the other web site was really difficult to navigate. I finally said it didn't matter if they might be less expensive, it is just not worth the hassle. Doing your web site well, as Your Cable Hookup has done, can be worth the investment. "
