"Really wonderful to say the least. Gracie is the absolute best in every way. I feel like my son gets a lot of love and attention when he needs it while also being well balanced. I feel like he’s been taught a good balance of independence and figuring things out on his own, which is no small feat. He also seems to be surprisingly developing a nascent sense of what not to do and self control. Also, I was very touched at the efforts made for his birthday. It really was special and unexpected. All in all, my son is only one, but I do think he actually likes going and he stands at the door in the morning when we’re getting everyone ready."

"Generally really great teachers. Some admin / paperwork hiccups that were frustrating, but our child loves going - even when she says she doesn't like it, she warms up quickly! And we appreciate knowing that the teachers look out for the kids and have their best interests and development at heart. We can tell the teachers really care, and it helps us stress less during the day."

When they first started attending, they were speaking very little and overall seemed a bit delayed in their development, but every week my child would make exponential progress and I have zero concerns of delayed development now after a year of attending. The entire staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable individuals who care not only about your child, but also your family as a whole. I honestly can't imagine sending my child to any other facility. Their focus on development, care and education has been more than I ever could have hoped or asked for."

"All the teachers we’ve had have been wonderful and I can tell when I pick my child up that they were actually involved with my child (and others) based on the things they have to say or share, even full stories (on warranted occasions of course). It’s a hard job and even with kids at such a hard and young age, certain of the teachers in particular are very in tune with each of the children and their personalities - it’s a gift. The environment is also very clean but also has a positive and playful atmosphere with lots of windows and natural light. For an infant at least, it doesn’t get better than this. I’ve also seen the administrators very active and positively involved, which means something. In any case, you walk in to drop off or pick up and when you open the door it’s just refreshing - people are happy, it looks and smells clean, and the teachers really care about your kids. Seem to have somehow obtained all around really exceptional staff and gifted ones too."

"General experience has been positive. I felt like up until a few months ago they just started focusing more on my child's preparation for kindergarten. I think they could have been a bit more proactive in ensuring my child is ready for school. It wasn't until I brought up some concerns with my child's reading and letter recognition did I start to receive updates on progress."

"Lack of communication from the directors and front office. It took over 2 weeks to be notified that one of the teachers in our classroom was no longer teaching in our class. For a while the teachers were changing yet no one sent out an updated meet the teachers form so we had no clue who was watching our child. When ever there is a staffing shortage, it always seems to become our child's problem, as our child always seems to be the one that has to move classrooms, which he typically ends up by himself sectioned off from the infants. The school just seems to be charging more and more but providing less and less value. If it weren't for our current teacher, we'd have probably gone elsewhere for childcare by now."
