They are very easy to deal with and I haven't had any negative issues with this company. There is a small box at the time just as you place your order where you may state (ie: matching loose pearls for earrings etc.). In regards to most of what I purchase, the quality is very good to excellent. "Watch out this company! It mixed low quality pearls with the high quality ones and hoping you can not figure it out.

I strongly suggest not to do business with this company.

When I communicated with the customer service for refund the low quality ones, I was told I had to send it back first on my own cost and there were conditions that they would not accept the mail.

I ended up not sending it back since there was a good chance that this company would not refund me, plus paying extra for shipping.

BTW, this company used paypal. However, paypal didn't deal with the quality issues. you are at your own risk to order stuff from this company. There is no guarantee that you will get the quality stuff you ordered.
