One notable mention is a recent defective until from a previous order:

"No more....never again. I had enough bad experiences on Amazon receiving used drives listed as new. I never seem to learn my lesson and get caught up w/ the free 2 Day Prime shipping. (trust me, avoid all Amazon 3rd party sellers if the hardware looks too inexpensive!) I used Yobitech in the past, but this time they really came through for me and overnighted 6 units of the 10TB SAS drives for my MD Array. I should just stick w/ Yobi for all my future purchases, but I have a feeling I will never learn...sigh. Nevertheless, thanks for helping me w/ my project and getting me the proper drives. "We ordered a specific hard drive from Yobitech for a RAID replacement. Instead of sending us the specific drive we requested, which they said was in stock during time of order, they decided to ship a different part. The hard drive they shipped was not compatible with our RAID array.
When we called to have a refund/exchange of the incorrect hard drive, they refused to issue a refund.
Beware of this bait and switch tactic, if you order a specific part they will try to ship you something you did NOT order then keep your money!"
