"Really disappointed with this company. I ordered a Blow Off Valve on 3/19 and periodically checked the order status. On 4/26 the order was still in "new" status, I tried emailing their support to cancel the order and never heard back. I tried calling their customer service number during business hours and it went directly to voicemail. I left a voicemail twice and never heard back. Eventually on 5/25 I submitted a credit dispute and got the charge reversed. I will never do business with this company again."
