"They ship from China and take forever.
Communication with customer service is only via email and reply is very slow.
I order the lights that cost $200 from them. Item came without major parts and I could not use it. I contacted to have rest of them shipped and they told me it will arrive within 3 days which never arrived. I requested refund and they just keep ignoring and told me I could not even return the item. SCAM!"
