"Yesmoke once again is taking orders and customers' money and not shipping merchandise. Although their website order page has been down for some time, do NOT order from them should it come back online. Just like back in 2004, since November 2008 Yesmoke has been taking orders and payments but does not ship goods, while sending repeated false and stalling emails to get customers past the ability to dispute charges with credit card issuers, and refuses to respond to requests for credits and refunds. Do NOT buy from Yesmoke -- once a fraudulent merchant, always a fraudulent merchant."

"I have been waiting for a credit of $77.20 on my credit card for cigarettes not delivered since November 28th, 2004. The company was corresponding with me for a while but now do not answer my e-mails. What a rip off, 100 percent guarantee."

"I have ordered 2 cartons of Sovereign Lights KS from this on-line store. On Dec. 31, 2004 I've got ONE carton of Marlboro KS box in unopened envelope.
I've submitted two complaints about t - via email and on the contact us page. None of them have been answered.
I will never come back to this company, as well as several of my friends who have been yesmoke customers before.

"I have been buying cigarettes from this company for approximately 2 years. I've had delays before, but this is criminal! I ordered 6 cartons on 11/3/04, received 1 carton 11/12/04, then nothing. I also received an email telling me to wait 10 more days. That was on 12/10/04. I still have not received my cigarettes and today is 1/15/05. My subsequent emails are also being ignored. They are now http://www.yesmoke.ch
It seems Phillip Morris has bought them out? This corresponds with my trouble with them.

"I have placed two orders with this customer and on 11-25-04 i asked for my money back since they could not ship, 12-1-04 they sent me an e-mail stating they would issue a credit and that is would take a few days i am still waiting. Now every time i send them an e-mail asking where my money is they send the same e-mail saying to give them ten days and the product will be shipped. This company ignores my e-mails asking for a phone number, they never actually answer the questions i am asking. They are a rip off and I feel i will most likely never see my money."

"I also placed an order for 2 cartons on 10/07/04. I waited for two weeks and sent Yessmoke an e-mail asking them where my order was. They replied the it was a busy time of year and please be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and emailed them again asking where my order was. I received a reply back saying that they were at JFK international airport and should be to my house within 10 days.It is now 12/28/04 and no cigarettes.Well, I brought up Yesmokes site and it is now taken over by Phillip Morris tobacco company. I called Phillip Morris Customer Service, and a VERY rude customer rep told me that yes, they did shut down yesmokes domain and it is not thier responsability to make good on these purchases. I said "Well, it would have been nice if you could take Yesmokes customer list and at least e-mail us and notify the customers of the situation. She stated that Phillip Morris doesn't owe anyone an explaination for shutting down yesmoke and If people are dumb enough to buy tobacco products over the internet then they get what they deserve", then she hung up on me. I wish I would have gotten her name. "
