"I preordered an item at the end of March of 2014 that was originally set to come out at the end of 2013. I am not blaming Yes Anime for the delays because I understand that they are a reseller for a different company. What I do blame Yes Anime for is that after nearly a year of delays I made the mistake of trying to get my money back. This company has one of the worst customer services. It was very easy to stay in contact when placing an order but the second I wanted my money back it was like trying to contact someone on the moon using smoke signals. They now refuse to answer e-mails and phone calls. It was my own fault for not listening to the bad reviews about Yes Anime. If you are reading this because you are thinking about ordering something from this company, DON'T. Instead go hit your head against a wall for about an hour. You will have the same kind of headache you get from dealing with their customer service but you will have saved yourself some money. "

"After ordering a case of PVC statues, at first glance they appeared to be knock offs and we were ready to close our account with them. But they showed us some new pictures of the product, and after an extensive internet search we found that the "defect" was in truth just a production flaw. They are decent folk and deserve a fair chance.

Unfortunately, the system won't allow us to change the rating to 3 stars.
