"I placed an order in December of 2021. I was ordering a gift for my parents.
In total the order was about $300. I ordered a mah jong table cloth and a koi fish mah jong set.
The $25 table cloth was received, but for some reason the mah jong set was shipped separately.
In the end, I never received the mah jong set. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I sent an email to support and it took them 30 days to respond.
They don't honor their guarantees and will ignore you. I still have the table cloth in the box and I can't get a hold of the shipper or the supplier, Yellow Moutain IMports. Save your money and go buy from someone else."
"Purchased a wooden backgammon set. It arrived with a checker missing and also the wood was warped and the game did not close properly. Item was defective. I contacted customer service via email as they do not have a phone number listed or any info on where to send an item to return. Customer service requested pictures which I sent. They then apologized and promised to send a new set to replace the defective one and said I could keep the defective one and did not need to send it back. I thought, wow that's great! Then over a month later I received the missing checker which came via ChinaPost.
No new set was sent. I have contacted them over 10 times now via their website form and no one will reply as to their promise to send a new set. They do not list a phone number on their site so I had to find it online/google. I called the number and no person only a voicemail saying to contact them through their website email form. At this point I just want to return the defective set for a refund since they are not sending the replacement as promised. I cannot return it since no one will tell me where to send it or send a return label. Very frustrating"

"My teenage daughter bought me a Mah JOngg set for Christmas. She didnt know the differences in the sets and bought me the Chinese Version. Want the American version. When I wanted to return and repurchase the American set, you have to return on your own. It costs over $40 to send it back. They knew I wanted to just exchange. But, they don't honor exchanges. They don't offer return labels. They do nothing to help in the return process. It's all on you! Will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again! "I ordered some Mahjongg tiles from their company and one of the tiles was defective. I emailed them and asked them if they could tell me how to get a replacement tile. They asked me to take pictures of the defective tile and send it to them which I did. They emailed me back and asked for the order number asked me which I did not have because there was no packing slip with the shipment. I did give them the credit card transaction and they told me that would not work. I will never do business with this company every again. Buyer beware!!!!!!"
