"My experience with this vendor has been excellent. They are one of only a few authorized Prometeia Vapor Cooling Systems distributors in the US, and I was a little skeptical at first since they only accept payment by PayPal and had no prior Reseller Rating at all. But after another Prometiea vendor had given me the "run-around", I decided to give them a try. They had the EXACT item I wanted,IN STOCK (unlike the other vendor who told me the item was no longer available). The order process was easy (even with PayPal), and they kept me informed every step of the way. They shipped and I received the item promptly. The item was well packed and complete instructions where included. However, upon installation, the pieces included where not as listed in the instructions. I promply got on the phone to them and was immediately transferred to their tech. support guy who was extremely helpful. He explained that what was included was a running change that had not been updated in the manual in addition to giving me several other helpful installation hints.
