"Now selling under Zipzoomfly name. Ordered $800 worth of merchandise and they shipped to wrong address based on old data in their files. Sent an email asking them to call FedX and redirect. "We sell comupter parts" per deadhead "GREG". He refused to call FedX and FedX said their agreement requires the vendor to call and redirect the shipment. "GREG" became beligerent and said they would charge me a 15% restocking charge. Said it was a "security issue"
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. WOULD NOT CONSIDER DOING ANYTHING EXCEPT "BRINGING THE PACKAGE BACK". HE HAD TO CALL FEDX TO DO THAT BUT WOULD NOT REDIRECT AS HE SAID HE COULD NOT CALL FEDX. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOUSY COMPANY AND THEIR IDIOTIC PERSONNELL.
