"The Vengeance wetsuit was tight and their online information said to soak it then re try it. It was still too tight. Following their online instructions I ordered another size then tried to return the old one. For returns you must request a return. I called, but Xterra does not take calls. After all this I was 5 days late which was clearly outside their 30-day return policy. But they would not budge even though I had just paid for a replacement wetsuit. They offered a $100 credit on a $250 wetsuit and I would have had to pay to mail it back. No thanks, I'll give it away. I complained bitterly. No matter that I have bought more than $1,000 worth of wetsuits from them. I suspect this is just a storefront operation with all manufacturing overseas.

Don't buy from Xterra. Swim Outlet is a better company"
