"I purchased a premod xbox with a bigger HD and a fan upgrade. The unit came promptly and just screams professional. They take care of a lot of the confusing configuration stuff, which was a relief, I was just able to plug in and go. I couldnt reccomend this site enough. You get more than you pay for and they seem genuinely concerned with making sure you are happy. I will absolutely do all my future business with them and direct others to them as well. Outstanding. Now back to my gaming....."
"I ordered a PS2 from this store in 2003. I had trouble getting them to deliver it, but it was Christmas, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, like a dummy, I ordered another one in 2004. The first one had burned out after only 10 months. What a nightmare. They didn't ship it for three months, and they kept giving me all the same excuses they did the year before. When it finally did arrive, it was defective. I sent it back, and never was given a replacement or a refund, even though they kept promising me one of them. I too had to finally get a chargeback from my credit card company. If you buy from this company, be prepared."

"You can see the glowing reports both here and at their website but if you follow their website closely you will find one angry customer after another whose posts are promptly deleted. I ordered a premodded ps2 system for my son on Jan 10. It is now Feb 16 and I have nothing to show for my $295, even though they told me it had been shipped over 3 weeks ago. They kept telling me they would send a tracking number soon but soon never came and neither did the merchandise. I finally had to file a claim through my credit card company and they are investigating them. I haven't decided whether they are complete flakes or scam artists. Either way I would strongly suggest not doing business with them.

"Excellent service. I'm a total noob when it comes to xbox modding. I went with this company after reading a review about them here, and am very glad I chose them. They installed a Xenium ICE and upgraded my harddrive to 120GB. It works perfectly, no learning curve or long instructions to read... just boot up, select the default/factory Microsoft BIOS or the alternate one. When choosing the alternate one I'm now able to play my backups of my games. Works flawlessly, I'm very happy with their product and service. They did return the xbox in the original box I sent to them in though, and the box I used was one I got for whatever else in the past... I just recycled the box. Needless to say, it was a little beat up by the time I got the modded xbox box back (the boxes 3rd use)... so the only recommendation I would have would be to make sure you have a new firm, sturdy box when sending them your equipment. They accept Paypal, and had excellent email communication. They sent me the UPS tracking number as soon as they shipped it."

There where a few others I looked at that had lower prices but for the service and speed I would pay double. Emails are returned FAST too. They are good at what they do and work hard...
