Great system, great price

"I was in the market for a new gaming laptop that I could customize to my needs on a lower budget. Xotic PC's website was easy for me to use, offered great deals on their machines, and let me upgrade and downgrade everything I wanted. I loved how they sent emails at every stage of preparing my machine, and gave me a full overview of the steps that were being taken to ensure the quality of the laptop. As a consumer it was very reassuring and informative to me. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a great laptop at a fair price."

GIGABYTE AERO 15W V8-BK4

"Purchased a Gigabyte Aero 15W V8-BK4 on 12/20. With RUSH build and 2 day air shipping, it arrived on 12/28, pretty good considering Xotic is closed on the 24th and 25th.

The laptop itself seems to be great quality. Beautiful screen (paid a little extra for them to pick one with minimal backlight bleed), *thin* bezel, and a great battery. Haven't put it through its paces yet, but it seems like one solid machine!

Blackout November Promotion with MSI Titan Gaming Laptop

"I had a very good experience with XoticPC. They were doing several promotions during November, and I got one of the Titan laptops that they had for the promotion. They added more memory, upgraded the cooling system, laser etched my name on the bottom and threw quite a few promotional items in the box with it.
The staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help with questions (thank you Eric, Emily, and Joslyn). My laptop arrived in perfect condition and I am very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend XoticPC to my friends.

Grandson pick

"I had been searching for an game system for my grandson as a gift, I browse several websites but unable to decide no knowledge about gaming systems I came across Xotic PC their site had many systems and sales on several, I had an online chat with customer service and still was not sure what I was looking for I also had several conversation with Tech Support still not sure after several days of chatting I was advise to allow my grandson to chat with their customer service support which was great my grandson was able to chat on and offline with customer service plus tech support which they both gave knowledge information and understood his needs and wants after a system was chosen with what he wanted and curtail I purchase the game system I was also able to use Xotic PC coupon which was enable us to obtain a extra option the customer service and tech support was really helpful I understood that the game system had to be order and it would take several weeks due to the system was out of stock I was kept in the loop each step even when the system game in it still had to be checked out and tested by the Tech Support Team to make sure everything was working, I was able to track the system through Xotic PC and when in doubt I was able to chat on and offline with customer service, for my grandson he learned Patience yes it took a little time but after we receive the game system It Was Well Worth The Wait, everything was running perfect no problems and we were assure if any problems we could chat on and offline with the Tech Support this is a great company with excellent staff will refer friends and family"

Terrible customer service

"My son saved all his money and purchased a gaming computer and was so excited when it arrived. Much to his dismay it was missing a few keys on the keyboard. He emailed xtopic who proeceeded to tell him it would be 300 dollars to fix the computer because he had not registered the computer. My son did not realize you had to register purchases like a laptop. I pleaded with xtopic to please fix this mistake that was obviously there fault. There response was to email back a smiley face and that they could not help me. I would it recommend purchasing any products from them.

Effective help provided by Emily M. (Xotic PC)

"Purchasing laptop for Video editing is costly. You don't want to make mistakes and purchase too much or too little. Consulting with Emily M. from XOTIC PC really helped me make the right decisions. By showing me where to concentrate and distinguish between important and less important she routed me to include the correct items I need. I am going to purchase after getting a permission from my wife.
After all $4K is an investment.

GOOD LUCK ORDERING FROM XOTICPC...

"I placed an order with xotic.com on 11/26/18, order #10006***
1 x MSI GT73VR Titan-427 for over $2000... The laptop was in stock online, when I placed the order...
After I placed the order online, I called customer service to double check xotic.com had this gaming laptop in stock, 1st call to customer service I spoke to Joslyn, she assured me they had the item in question in stock. After I spoke to Joslyn, I called my credit card company to let them know I made a purchase online from xotic and gave them the amount I spent.
I called a 2nd time and was lucky enough to get the same customer service from the 1st call Joslyn, I told her I spoke to my bank and everything looked great, once again I asked Joslyn if everything was on track, I even mention to Joslyn that excaliberpc.com had the same laptop on sale, if by any chance they did not have the laptop I would order from them instead, she said not to worry about it.

I went online to credit card service to check on my refund from xotic, my biggest surprise, from pending payment amount on the credit card, I am being fully charged by xotic for a laptop they did not have in stock****
*Visa and MasterCard credit cards issuers do not allow merchants to charge your credit card before they ship.

I called them up, and this time I was not a happy camper...
Xoticpc did not offer me any kind of discount, they where only interested in selling me a more expensive laptop...
The poor excuses because was Black Friday and Cyber Monday, most online site show how many items are still available for sale...

The joy of buying a laptop overseas

"Big & very loud shoutout to EMILY! AAaaaaah.. Xotic PC has a hidden treasure among the staff called EMILY! Anyone would love to buy a PC or laptop from Xotic PC just ask for Emily! She will take a very gooood care of you ;-) Emily is soo responsive & answers all your questions, she respond to every email & keep her customers completely happy & satisfied! The best BEST place to buy computers is Xotic PC because of the archangel beautifully named EMILY!
She was keeping a close eye to my order & my laptop has arrived ahead of schedule! I received my Alienware 17 R5 in Saudi Arabia in my office two days "ahead of the scheduled delivery date!" If Xotic PC can do this in an international orders & have them sent overseas with utmost care, this means it's a super great company! I really loved the white glove premium wrapping & they packaged my laptop very safely & it arrived in BEST condition! I never had such beautiful experience like this before! I swear I will buy laptops & computers from Xotic PC only!
My best wishes to everyone in Xotic PC & Thanks a million for such spectacular experience! Thank you.

This is my second & final UPDATE:

I bought an Alienware 17 R5 from "Xotic PC" on October 29th 2018 and it has been shipped within JUST two weeks!!!
My naughty bride "Alienware 17 R5" arrived TWO DAYS ahead of scheduled delivery date!! She seemed to be a bit hurry for honeymoon ;-) The UPS delivered it straight to my office with utmost care but upon purchasing from Xotic PC I noticed in the customization page a service called "White glove Premium packaging" it's very cheap & it REALLY protected my Alienware 17 and it arrived safe, the outer box was "just a little bit damaged" but that's obvious because this is "International" order & it should get beaten a bit by shipping ground services in three countries along the way! The Xotic packaging were the warm protecting arms that affectionately hugged the laptop, now, I've been using Alienware 17 R5 for almost two weeks & it works PERFECTLY amazing! She's in FULL operational condition & everything is functional as expected! Before, I bought an Alienware from "famous" online shopping site & it was a faulty defected unit & sold it with half price but look at this cute bride from Xotic PC the most lovely part about her is the infrared Tobii eye tracking, they senses my presence as if they're connected by heart! All thanks to EMILY from Xotic PC I'm soo delighted & all thanks & appreciation to her and XOTIC PC :) :)

Excellent products and support.

"This is my second laptop purchased from Xotic PC, I wanted to upgrade and both times I have had a pleasant experience with them.

Laptop is exactly what I paid for, affordable prices and still good quality. I sold my old laptop in almost perfect conditions, only the battery life had decreased, as it is understandable after 4 years of usage.
The new laptop was delivered in time and exactly as described in my custom build.
The only complain somehow is the Clevo/Sager keyboard backlight software, which needs to be improved, it is not Xotic’s fault but still needs to be addressed.

About the support, it is worth mentioning that I had a few problems with codes for some free games included in my purchase. I contacted them and Emily, a person from their team was really kind and helpful, took all my complains and actually solved them.

I recommended Xotic to two more friends and they are equally happy with their laptops.
