"I bought a computer and for the first time ever, I wanted to get a custom built gaming PC. After doing research, I stumbled upon Xidax. Based on what I saw, I decided to give it a try. I searched through the models and customized one to my liking based on needs and potential future needs. The whole process was smooth, including setting up financing, and when the computer arrived I was, unsurprisingly and unabashedly stoked. After settings everything up, I was mesmerized by everything except the wifi. For some reason, the speed just wasn't cutting it. I contacted tech via e-mail and chat box, even going on this rather long rant of needing to get everything finalized or think about how to handle this ASAP given the price and what went into getting it. I spoke with a tech support on the phone and he patiently and confidently went through steps, including working to figure things out. I thought I had searched every possible avenue, learning more about command prompt and wifi channels than I ever thought possible. When I came back home, I saw the signal had improved and things looked promising. I restarted and, true to form, I was getting blitzing speeds download and upload, near what is theoretically possible based on router and settings. I fixed some remaining router settings and now, based on traffic, I'm either at, or just below expected levels.
As for the rest of the computer, simply amazed at the amazing work and delicacy that went into it. I thank customer service and tech support for their respective roles in helping me with this decision. You now have a new fan and I will happily and gladly recommend Xidax to anyone I know when looking for customized pcs. I even noticed some pre-built ones, as well, so even that market I know some people.
This computer looks, runs and operates amazingly. I have never been more impressed. Xidax, you are truly going places. The finesse and knowledge presented here is great, and one that I admire. And optimized, compacted it in a way that it can be added to comfortably in the future. They were more concerned with giving me the best, even if it meant they made way less money.
