keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind.

"Xicom is THE MOST awful Indian outsourcing firm YET. Xicom had quite a few positive feedbacks on Elance, so I expected the company could possibly be a certified, experienced, brilliant and also skilled company. I had been SO incorrect to make that supposition.
My project was for $10,000. Xicom battled me tooth and nail on every single little details proclaiming that it needs every effort to be counted. Well, I believe Xicom technologies is a nincompoop!! You actually need to have an extensive project scope spelled out as the web developers lacks basic intelligence, design sense or even quality parameters to imagine on their own. My project was required to take six months at max. Xicom ate 12 months and a half!! And I believe Elance is also a offender here. Don’t go for this vendor, not worth giving a try.
