"I have been pricing RC tanks for about two weeks looking for my sons birthday gift. Xenon Project had a very competitive price and their location was relatively close to my location. After seeing their review on this site I was very apprehensive about ordering with them but due to the time frame I chose to pick up a 1:16th scale Bulldog tank. I placed the order at 10 pm on 7/21/15, the order shipped on 7/22/15 and I received it on 7/23/15. I used the least expensive shipping plan and received it 38 hours later. I ordered an extra battery and the box for the tank was carefully opened and the battery was inserted in the back of the packaging. I charged up the batteries and they worked exactly as I expected. The tank not only functioned properly. I had an excellent experience with my purchase at Xenon Project! I will be back.
What could they do as icing on the cake? Offer pdf versions of the manuals on each RC toys page for download. Requests for RC manuals are everywhere and no one has them. If the manufacturer allows it I believe it would bring a lot of extra traffic to the site."

I did all of the forms and return shipping, the gave us no credit, no replacement, they kept our $89 and shipping costs! They continue to spam my email. Stay away from these crooks as you can see in the other reviews!"
"On 3 February 2015 I ordered an item that supposedly was in stock and would ship (usually) within 24 hours. As this was a gift for my grandsons birthday I paid for USPS 3 day Priority Mail. I received a e-mail the item had been shipped and my credit card had been charged. After a few days I went to the USPS tracking website and all I kept getting was " a shipping label had been created". After a few days of this and several e-mails to Xenon I called the Post Office and was told they had never received the shipment, so I called customer service at Xenon and the lady said she would cancel the order and re-order it with a new order number, this was on Friday 6 February. On checking the order status today I noticed they had the shipping address wrong-to Odessa California instead of Odessa Texas, this is on Monday 9 February. I called customer service, got a recording, left a message, and sent a e-mail telling them about the wrong address and informed them that if the situation wasn't cleared up and the item shipped by tomorrow I would cancel the order and request a refund. It is four hours and have heard nothing back from them so am waiting to see what happens. This is very poor service and will not order from them in the future."
"I am not very impressed with this seller...I ordered an RC boat from them with confidence that they would have it because it said "AVAILABILITY: IN STOCK" on the description page.
Further to that, their "The Xenon Difference" link makes a claim that "We Stock What We Sell", and that "If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart, then it is available for immediate shipping. You can feel confident that if you ordered it, you will receive it soon."
However, this wasn't the case with my order because after they took my paypal payment, they sent me an email indicating that the item was on backorder, they didn't know when they would get them in stock, and then they just refunded my Paypal payment. Not only did they falsify their claim, they didn't even give me an option to buy another item that they had in stock for the same price, or at least something else that I may have been willing to pay the difference for. As a result, I have no item, and I have a PENDING refund that won't clear back to my credit card until 5 days, which basically holds my credit card hostage for the cost of the item.....Very disappointed!"

"Below is a response that I just received. From Customer No Service. I ordered a RC Tank for my son for Christmas. It arrived on time, but did not work. I contacted CS and requested a replacement. They would not send one until they received their non working unit in return. They then took 4 weeks to send out a replacement. The one that we got was worth about $20.00. Yep, they sent the wrong one. I called them that day and they said they would just send back the money. They could not guarantee that we would ever get the correct unit! I said fine I will take a refund. They said it would take a could a couple days and we should see a credit on our statement. Well 9 days go by still no money. I called 4 times and no return call. I sent multiple emails... Finally, 02/07/13 I get a receipt for the refund except it is not the full amount. Wow, I sent them a request for the difference and they sent the crap listed below. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE IN BAD SHAPE AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

I had bought a voucher worth $59.99 value from KGB Deals. I wanted to buy a RC helicopter advertised on their site for $59.99. But the company refused to honor it. I was told that I can only buy a helicopter whose price they had inflated to $59.99, which was not worth more than $10. I do not want to waste my $59.99 voucher on some junk piece of crap. The company uses sites like groupon, kgbdeals to inflate price of their junk RC models and then sell vouchers for high amounts against it. This is clearly FRAUD! I will file complaint with FTC to investigate this company and its advertising. I called the company and manager confirmed and apologized for their misleading advertising but still failed to honor the voucher. The legal value as per company of the voucher is $59.99 which they refuse to honor. They want to give me $10 junk in return for it."
