"These guys are wonderful. THere customer support is what has made me stick with them as long as I have known about them, which is about a year and a half. I had a problem with a video card i recently purchased from them, Keep in mind the product was perfectly fine and that it was some installation problems that i had from my end. I emailed and got a reply seriously in less then 10 minutes. I was amazed. If your gonna buy computer parts go with these guys. Another thing is that they offered to send me a splitter which i was short of in my computer for free. Alex .V was the support personel that helped me and he made sure that every thign would be compatible with my machine.

Will continue to buy from these guys.

"EZ to get ahold of a real live person over the phone. Got this system over 2 years ago, Had a fan go on the power supply go that caused the PS to fry, but their return policy was ez and quick. Recently a memory module went bad, unfortunautly I need a copy of my receipt or invoice to get an RMA from PQI, Xtechnology was more than happy to email me a copy of the invoice from over 2 years ago. Thanks a bunch Xtech! :)"

"In summary, an excellent experience. The machine that I spec'd needed to be a machine that could handle gaming performance, low noise, and reliability. When I placed my order, there was some details that I needed to clairify. Alex called me and took care of those needs as well as providing some additional options for a better video card. He took the time to find out what my specific uses for the machine would be and helped my optimize the system to best suit my needs. Also, I was very impressed with the quility control, as during testing, they discovered that the video board was defective and replaced it. Alex provided me with updates as progress was made during the assembly and testing, so there was no need for concern. He called me to tell me when the unit was ready and shipped out Monday afternoon, and I received it Wednesday morning. The box was well packed and there was no damage or defects. After hooking up the unit, I turned it on and everything worked perfectly, right of out the box. This is a very powerful machine, and I would recommend anyone to purchase their next computer here. "

"I was trying to make a purchase through this retailer, but never received a product because they didn't have any in stock. Come to find out, they hadn't updates their inventory in QUITE A WHILE! THE MANUFACTURER DIDN"T EVEN MAKE THE D**N CASE ANYMORE! Make a long (i.e. VERY VERY LONG) story short, I have been dealing with these frauds for close to three weeks trying to get my money back. I've even gone as far as havingmy lawyer contact their legal department for business malpractice. Tried calling their phone support? WHAT PHONE SUPPORT!! NOBODY EVER ANSWERS. I test this theory to make sure, I WAITED ON HOLD FOR 5 HOURS, AND THEN IT JUST ASKED ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!! WHAT IS THAT!!! ANyways, i just got my money back and this is, quite frankly, THE WORST DOT COM BUSINESS IN THE MULTIVERSE! Their inventory is wrong, their service went on vacation, PERMANENTLY!!!, and their ordering system/website absolutley is the worst. I feel sorry for thise who have had to go throught the same thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE THEIVES!!"

"A friend of mine recommended me to xtechnology and I trusted his judgement without research.

BIG MISTAKE.

I ordered a whole new tower with everything in it. Costed me little under $1.6k. With that, it arrived with cased CRACKED and SCRATCHED. It appeared to have been safety wrapped and I highly doubt it was the shipper's fault. The BackRaidMax Virgo (black) case appear to look beaten and got it off a garage sale. The side of the case doesn't entirely close. It is BENT! The thermal display does not tell the correct temperature, either.

I got a BackZalman CNPS9500 Fan and as soon as I turned on the power, it wouldn't turned on. That was because the fan was BROKEN. To be specific, the cooper heatsink was bent in a way to prevent the fan from flowing freely. It looked like the installer got frustrated trying to install it and just punched it in. They say they test all their equipment before shipping it out? Well, I wonder how they managed to miss that.

There was one or two places were the screws were missing on the tower and get this, THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER SHIPPING EXTRA SCREWS.

I called customer service and they said I would need to ship back THE WHOLE TOWER to be confirmed or disconfirmed of anything. I couldn't get my work done unless I *had* the machine-- being a 3D Computer Artist. I've already waited 3 to 4 weeks after my order was completed (this was after I had it on hold for minor change) for the shipment to arrived. Not to mention the shipping costs to ship the tower.. ! And the -time- it would've taken to get it back. Asking to wait another month or two was out of the question.

Such a hassle! I decided to cut my losses and move on. But boy, you try to be a little more conservative of your money and it only brings you headaches. Definitely not worth it.

"Placed order for a computer case that was listed as in stock. I recieved an email later that day saying "We had to CANCEL your order because the product ordered is now on allocation and not likely to be fulfilled soon as reported by our supplier. Please let us know what your requirements are so we may help you find a suitable replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this have reached you in a timely manner to minimize your trouble."

I checked back on the site every day for the next 3 days. The case was still listed as being in stock. I emailed asking for an explanation. On the fourth day, the item had been pulled from the website.

"Today it is very hard to find new fresh style in a custom computer. This guys knew what they doing!
I purchased gamer as a birthday gift for my son. The prices were great, I saved about 30%-40% compared to what it would have cost had I shopped at a normal retail store. The best part is, my order arrived in under 3 business days with standard shipping!

I will use Xtechnology for my future purchases, and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for highend computer/ gamer

"I purchased an item through e-bay from X-Technolgy. They acknowledged the sale and took the money but from there on I had not communication from them. I wrote them twice and got nothing back in return. I then Filed a complaint through Paypal and got my money back. X-Technology then filed for a mutual breach of contract through ebay which I declined since I did nothing wrong, I paid immediately and got nothing after a month of waiting. They then slammed my feedback which up to then was 100% positive stating that I was an inactive buyer with an Anonymous email address. All lies. Watch out and stay on them if you purchase, if it is backordered or no longer stocked they will not tell you and if you purchase off ebay watch out for your feedback."

"Computer is awesome. Take it from a certified computer technician that has been in the biz over 21 years. This company builds and delivers the goods. Cleanest OS install I've ever seen from a store. Drivers installed properly. Machine was put together the correct way. Great prices - couldn't come within $400 of a Dell even with Dell specials. You won't have to wipe this machine when you get it. Save yourself some money, time, headache, and order from XTechnology. Good packaging and shipping with tracking number. They also reply to Emails - good customer service. 4800 X2 gaming monster for a total of 1803 delivered. What a deal!! And you get genuine Windows OEM software, not none of this specific manufacturer crap that looks at your motherboard to see if it is a Dell, etc. For those of you who don't know, if you buy a Dell, etc, you will one day be stuck with a license you payed for and can't use, I promise you."

"Ordered a motherboard and it came the next day. Some people may have issues with certain things XTechnology does but the vast majority of online sites like Newegg, TigerDirect are scams with poor customer service and fine print to not accept returns or exchanges at all.
I've purchased literally dozens of items from XTechnology and the only problems I've ever had are DOAs that any site might have.

Stick with these guys.
