"I ordered on Dec 14th. I looked at the shipping number they gave me because they use Ican. I went to their site and Ican had a wrong number at the top of the page so I could not get a hold of them. Then I looked to track my stuff it had not left NJ and today is the 23rd of Dec. So I tried to contact XP Direct and their answering machine says they are busy maybe three times then she says, "goodbye." I cannot even contact the seller.I wrote them two emails I still have not heard from them. This is not good business. I have no clue if this business is legit or not.

"Hello All, Well I went to these guys for the same PSU, the Sparkle FSP350-60PN, I had the same results, I didn't feel it was to poorly packed but given the weight of a PSU they could have packed a few more peanuts in or at least wrapped it in bubble wrap first. The PSU was fine and undamaged, works great, this thing is silent.The purchase itself was A+, they responded to my questions quickly, shipped fast, sent me confirmations, tracking #s what more do you want, I'd buy from them again and I'm real picky.

"Ordered FSP350-60PN power supply as they were the only company I could find selling it. Was emailed order comfirmation immediatly and package was shipped out the following day w/UPS tracking#. Box was partially crushed upon arrival. PSU was only wrapped in shrink wrap and packed in dubious small box of packing peanuts. PSU otherwise appears new and functions perfectly."
