"Worst online experience ever! I ordered a set of Dr. Dre Beats for my son. We waited and waited for the shipping confirmation email to arrive, it never did. I checked the status of my order on the XOXO website, it said it was ready to be shipped. I waited some more, the Beats never arrived after a month of waiting. I requested a refund and received an email on 8/16 that said a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. It is now 9/16 and I have yet to receive a refund or a response to my email inquiries regarding my refund. I especially like how XOXO will charge you for your order as soon as they receive it, most reputable companies do not charge your credit card until the item ships. I will never order from this site again!"
"So far this company has provided me with the worst customer service i have ever had. They had no problem taking my money right away 8/14. But since then I have still have not heard anything from them about my order. I have called their good awful phone number 26 times and have never gotten anyone on the phone. I have left a message each time and had no response back. I have sent 3 emails wih no response either. I am getting very tired of waiting for this company to send my product or to refund my money. I would not recommend using this company if you want to get your product timely or get even mildly good customer service."

I have a pair of beats and you can tell that the box is different from the real pair. I am currently seeking a full refund but I do not want to pay for shipping. It did take a little long from the time the order was placed to the time it shipped, but you have to remember the order is shipping directly from the manufacturer in China to your home address. The delivery occured without a problem. I received a text and phone call regarding the delivery of the package along with a tracking #. Other than the off delivery date and no phone call back the service was quick and easy and you can't beat the prices.
