Looks like they are going out of business soon.look at they website.nothing in stock.

"Few years ago I purchased a helicopter kit .the package was good but a piece of the helicopter frame was bent.its aluminum so I bend it back and it's all good. I email them and told them that the part was bent and I already bend it back and it's all good.just want to let them know what happened and expect an them to say sorry ,and could have been a problem with the Factor since the box and packing was good.insted i got a rma number.the person responded. If you are not satisfied with the item ,just send it back.here is your a number.WTF is wrong with these people.i already said that I bend it back and it's all good .these people don't appreciate your business. That was the first time and last time I purchase from them .o. don't forget their other websites, hobbypartz and nitroprcx.all run by the same people."

They sell broken stuff !!!!

"They sold me 2 choppers neither worked. Customer service phone rang with no answer for weeks email no answer, I finally got through they said it was past the date for returns. "

Avoid poor products and worse customer service

"I was searching for a specific RC Helicopter WLToys V931 and decided to buy from Xheli.com

Unfortunately that choice wasn't in my best interest. First off the shipping cost was unreasonable for the $150.00 that I spent at their store. When I received the helicopter, it was broken in several places and the cosmetics of the v931 were less than poor. When I tried contacting them it was over a week before I finally was able to contact someone (after 6 emails and 5 "submit a tickets" which I received no response).

All said they didn't refund the total amount that I spent on the helicopter. Unreliable customer service and poor products. I advise avoiding Xheli.com

"worst company ever, i got a heli doesnt work. have spent two months trying to get in touch with them. now i finally get someone on their live chat and they tell me the won't do anything for me, because it more than one month. i told them look at all the emails, tickets, notes, that i have sent, only days after getting non working helicopter. the live chat operator just disconnected me. these people are a RIP OFF"

"Stay away from this company! We bought two helicopters in Nov. for Christmas. They both were defective. One ran for 5 mins. and then won't sync to control and the other one could not even be turned on since on/off switch was pushed down into plastic body. Long story short we sent them back, never got replacements in time for Christmas and now the company will not refund the postage for us to buy defective merchandise and return defective merchandise. The only reason we finally got our money for the helicopters was because I filed a dispute with my credit card company! This company will not answer their phone or respond to their ticket system. Buyers BEWARE!"

"Xheli is a scam. Don't ever buy anything from them. I ordered 2 rc helicopters and after 3 weeks still never reseived them. I tried calling the company but they blocked my phone number so that I can never reach them. I had no way to contact xheli , so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. Beware of this company !"

"I have purchased from several hobby shops and I have never delt with such a treble outfit. Not only did they screw up the order by sending the wrong item, but did it for a Christmas gift for my son. Xheli uses a third party support page that obviously isn't monitored since I've received no communication back that the ticket has even been looked at. They provide no email address and forget about getting them on the phone. As of this review all I've been able to do is notify my credit card company that this is a disputed charge.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone... God forbid you have a problem order, their service sucks!

"Hello ,

Currently , I have close to $900 worth of personal checks laying around their non-secured office .

All of them been there for weeks , one check has been there since December waiting for my order to be "processed" .

Meanwhile everything I ordered is already long gone .
So I cancelled that order , seems simple....WRONG .

I discovered another of the "clone" store front has my items...in stock and on sale so I again sent in my order with a personal check as I have done FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS .

Well I was informed my check was being returned because I cancelled the order .

WTF ????????

That cancelled order is OLD NEWS and I already got my check back .

Another order , sent in the same day to a different "clone" store front was being cancelled because my "four" looks like a "faor" and bank is refusing to accept my check .

B. F. S. !!!

The bottom line is this , once or twice they will take your check as per web site policy page....after that it suddenly becomes a major CHORE to them and intentionally drag your order out for months , fabricate excuses to refuse your checks , cancel orders without telling you first ect....to DISCOURAGE customers from using personal checks .

I have used checks exclusivly for years and this is the only Mickey Mouse outfit to cause me so much unnecessary grief and major feelings of regrets .

I can only imagine how much WORSE it must be trying to get credit card orders done right after getting messed up by these clowns .

Shop at your own risk , I'm serious since I learned the good old fashion way by EXPERIENCE .

"Back in september of 2012 I purchased 20 lipo batterys from xhili who sent me the wrong batterys.After sending and paying for shipping of the wrong batterys back to xheli I was informed the right batterys were out of stock.I said I would wait until the batterys became available.That was back in September.This is late March and the batterys still are not in stock.I sent word to Xheli to refund my money and they said they would but that was a month ago and still no refund and no batterys.I am very uninpressed with there customer service or rather lack of it."

"It's Christmas!! My son has been asking for a "Chinook" Helicopter. He saw the president arrive in one. I bought a micro version and it did come promptly. On Christmas day we tried to charge it up for flight and the On/ Off switch was missing and the mini usb plug didn't fit.
I have purchased about 10 helicopters from this company over the past 3 years and I have had hit and miss experience with this companies products.
There prices are cheap but this is truluy a fine example of you get what you pay for!!!!!

"Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I left my RC comfort zone and tried saving a few dollars, that will never happen again. I will pay 30% more as long as I receive good customer service and will never stray from my regular hobby stores again. Also the shipping rates are bit higher than I am used too."

"i ordered a bare heli kit with all the accessary parts, got missing and wrong parts. sent emails to xheli no reply. i returned the whole order, xheli only refunded part of the total amount. i had the card co involved to get my balance amount back.
later i found xheli suspended my account. i wanted to know why. they told me i had a chargeback against xheli, i asked what is a chargeback, they wouldnt tell me. after many emails then finally xheli told me that i had a chargeback of the total purchase amount on top of my full refund, they wanted that amount back. i double ck with my card co and my card account, i did not receive the extra amount, i told xheli they should dispute the overpayment with the card co not me. and i wanted my account back. after that i sent 2 more emails to xheli but no reply
