"I ordered a system from XDream Machines as a Christmas present to myself last year, and I must say that the entire experience was extremely gratifying. To begin with, their customer relations are wonderful. My sales person was extremely patient, and helpful, making suggestions and working with me to configure my new system. I was very surprised at how courteous and friendly the sales people are. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed, or pushed into purchasing more than what I was looking for.
My sales person had told me that the normal build time for a system was 2 to 3 weeks, and since I had ordered it right before Christmas, there may be delays. I explained to them that I would be out of town for the holidays but returning in early January. They promised to have my system done, and delivered when I returned, and they kept their promise. My new system was delivered the day I returned home!
I have to say that this system is by far the most amazing computer I have owned to date. The system is perfect in every way. It looks fantastic and it runs just as nicely. The company included a really neat three ring binder in which all of my software and documentation was stored. I also really liked how they customize the system, and fully configure it so that all you have to do is turn it on and go. I didn’t have to install any programs or update any drivers before I used it. It was ready right out of the box. And fast?! It is far and away the fastest computer that I have ever owned. It seems that I am now the envy of all my friends! The funniest thing is that one of my friends bought a system at about the same time I with almost exactly the same components from a different company, and he swears that my new system is faster! Ha!
My XDream system was a little more expensive than some of the other vendors I had considered, but as far as I’m concerned, the extra money was worth it. Their customer service is outstanding, and the system is everything I expected and more. I would definitely recommend XDream Machines to anyone who is in the market for “something better” than a Dell or Gateway.
