"I absolutely love working with WT Farley, especially with Brody. First of all, Brody always answers the phone immediately, even when I call their direct Customer Service phone number. I can talk to him easily to explain what I need and he always has a solution. He can basically "make it happen" for the customer. I have known this about Brody for years, but he became my "Go To" during the COVID Pandemic. So many of our vendors were out of stock and on 8-10 week back orders. WT Farley had stock for many of the products that I needed and the customers were desperate. In the beginning of COVID, one customer in particular needed Duplex adapters, which turns 3 gas outlets in 6. These were in high demand during COVID due to all the Vent patients. None of my other vendors had them, but Brody did. I will never forget this because when I told the customer that I could get them drop ship/overnighted to him, he said "Michelle, you just saved 6 peoples lives, thank you." I was able to do this because Brody was there to help me make it happen.
