In this period, I try multiple times to contact them to cancel the order(once you bought it, u can't cancel on your own, but no one answer me. Right now, a black woman with raucous voice finally received my call. However, her attitude is disgusting and cut off my call since I am not finished. Worst website!!!!! Never buy watch from it!!!!"

"My wife ordered a Movado blue face watch for me for my birthday, thru Walmart.com which in turn uses this horrible company. The order was placed, paying an extra $40 for expedited delivery. When the date of the expected delivery came I called up Wristwatchery.com to ask why we haven't received the promised tracking email and wanted an update on the status. The rep said that the watch was not in stock, which it never said on the website otherwise we would not have ordered it, and would be in stock by the end of the week. When I questioned why it stated on the website that the watch was in stock and why my wife paid $40 extra dollars for guaranteed delivery on Wednesday May 23rd, the rep said to take it up with Walmart. He had an attitude from the beginning of the call thru the end. I would recommend never doing business with this company as their online representation is extremely deceptive and their customer service is HORRIBLE. I question why Walmart uses such a terrible third party company."

"I purchased a GUCCI watch on Dec 5/2017 when it arrived it had scratches on it and was not brand new. I immediately asked for a refund and sent the watch back. They claimed I had the watch resized which was a lie. They said they would send me a refund I never got it. I reported them as a fraud to my bank and after their investigation I received a full refund of $400 back from my bank within 1 week. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The watch was not even a real GUCCI watch!!!"
"Purchased a watch on December 4th 2017 as Christmas gift for my son. Here it is December 28th and still no watch.When I click on the tracking number I received from them it says ""package is on its way to a USPS Facility" and its been like this since December 20th. The customer service is awful, and they wont give a damn about you. Contact customer support 5 times and email them at least 10 times and no help. Had to tell son he won't be getting a Christmas gift this year from me. Anyone considering using this company, please don't. Took my funds immediately but still haven't received the product. "My wife purchased almost $900 worth of watches on this website, they sent an shipping confirmation email to my wife but they just created the FedEx Ground Label and left at their store or warehouse from 6/7/2017 to 6/12/2017 (that is 5 days!) and today the shipping just showed that it is in transit and won't be getting to my house on 6/15/2017. As a part-time eBay seller, this is more than unacceptable, in fact for eBay this is grounds for a ban."
"I ordered a watch for my fiancé for our wedding. The website said it would ship in less than a week. Almost two weeks later I had to follow up asking for the status of my order as my wedding was coming up. I heard a relatively quick reply, saying that my watch was not available and they do not always update the inventory on the website and to pick a different watch. Why did NO ONE reach out to me to let me know that my order could not be filled?
I did further research after my experience, and found a lot of customers found defects, scratches, etc. but there is only a 5 day warranty on their products. If you get lucky and get the watch you are hoping for with no issues it is a great bargain. But chances are you will get what you pay for and have to go through a hassle. I do not think it is worth the risk - especially since they do not update inventory or follow up with customers when they know there is an issue.
Also the first three reviews on this site are the exact same first reviews on Facebook so I doubt they are real experiences. Just using social media to print positive reviews."

A Michael Kohr's watch that you can't but in any store now. It was a replacement for a watch that was stolen. It came in all original packaging with tags and scratch film. We couldn't be happier with Wrist Watchery! Thank you"
