"Well...just thought I would update you since my last review....I AM STILL ON HOLD!!! A total of 2 hours and 15 minutes now...BUT congrats to me.....i moved up to caller number THREE!!!!! I feel real sorry for the poor guy who was caller number eight now!!!!! Still no news guys...will keep you posted!!! Things are not looking real good for customer service...but what else should I expect at this point."
