"WOW hobbies has the worst service of any organization I have ever dealt with. I purchased a very expensive quad-copter with FPV capabilities fully integrated and built by them, and now the HDMI cable that enables the FPV monitor is no longer available and they offer no replacement or options. A product that I spent several thousand dollars on and started a business based on, is now virtually useless. Please please please never purchase anything from them."

"In all fairness, I am compelled to write this review due to the lie on one of the reviewers. The best way to tell if a company is trustworthy is to see more than 100 reviews, not just a few. There are competitors writing fake reviews to knock off their competitions. See for yourself and don't take my word for it, go to Ebay.com and search for wowhobbies, you will see over 500 reviews at 100% positive. Why? Because a few competitors' fake reviews were outnumbered by hundreds of other true reviews. Wow Hobbies gave me the greatest shopping experience. Yes, they do answer the phone, just call them at ***-***-****. They are an authorized Horizon/Futaba dealer and run by a very nice family.

"I purchased a Walkera Super CP, has some issue with it after a week and Wow Hobbies immediately resolved it by sending me a new motor. I am glade I did not buy it from China, otherwise it would have taken weeks to get the part. They don't do tech support on the phone but they reply their email less than a day and problem solved. I will shop at Wow again."
